It’s just a two-minute drive or a pleasant stroll to the patrolled beach where you can swim, walk, surf or fish. Enjoy lunch or a drink with great views at the iconic Point Lookout Hotel, or stroll up to the Point and take in the scenic Gorge Walk.
We’re a Brisbane-based family who have been visiting Straddie for 30 years now. We fulfilled our dream of owning a piece of this beautiful island paradise in January 2018. We love staying here in our spare time and hope you enjoy our holiday home as much as we do.

Our house features 4 spacious bedrooms and 1 large bunk-room which kids are known to love. There are ocean views and verandah access from all bedrooms, which are designed to maximise airflow and natural light for your relaxation and sleeping comfort. When extra cooling is needed, there are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Linen is supplied.

We had the most amazing and relaxing family getaway. There was plenty of room and fun for everyone and more. A great location with the most spectacular views looking over Cylinder Beach. We loved that we were walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Everything is so calm, relaxing & easy. The hardest part is leaving. We will be back in a heart beat. Thank you!
